Website 9AM - 5PM Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong sense of responsibility and must be proactive, a quick-thinker, energetic, able to multitask and to use common sense to anticipate the needs of others and assist as needed. Job duties include writing correspondence, calendar maintenance, greeting clients, filing, data entry, clerical work, assisting with ad hoc work and special projects.

Must be computer savvy, possess excellent communication skills (as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis), and be able to meet deadlines. Duties include data entry, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and calling clients to confirm orders.  A professional appearance is a must as the chosen candidate will be representative of our client.
