Website 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 Receptionist/Office Assistant (Temp, TTH, DH)


The ideal candidate for this position will be well-spoken and personable, with a professional tone and attitude. He/she must be proactive, a quick-thinker, possess a strong sense of responsibility, energetic, and must have the ability to multi-task. This candidate will be responsible for handling multi-line phone in an office ranging from moderate to very busy. He/she must be adaptable to diverse environments and able to deal with various clients and on-the-spot situations. The ability to anticipate needs of others and assist as needed is imperative.

The job requires greeting clients, answering phones, data-entry, clerical work,  sorting mail, and using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook at the very least. May also include writing correspondence, calendar maintenance, and assisting with various projects.

A professional manner & appearance are important and prior office experience is a plus.
