A congregation is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist 2 ministers. Will be working separate from the main office in the ministers wing. Must have a BA & 3 years min. experience. Looking for someone truly professional to add a sense of professionalism to the office. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Will be corresponding with people within the organization as well as members of the congregation. Requires a customer service sense. Must be able to multi-task. Answering phones, computer work, liaison for the ministers. Also, must be able to work on own. Will be unsupervised at times in the ministers wing. Background in Not-for-Profit a plus but not a must. Must have a car.

-Make calls, get information & enter it into system. -Call hospitals and universities to find out who makes the decision for refrigerants. -Calls will be coming in as well as having to make calls. -Good clear voice; seek information, good Data Entry (6-8K) to enter most information into system. Must know Microsoft Excel. -Basic administrative work; not a must to have sales experience but must have phone experience and be well spoken and outgoing. -Person must not be timid and must be able to sell himself or herself and show ambition.
