QUALIFICATIONS: -1-2 years of Office Admin. Experience -Organized and highly creative -PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook -Must be someone trainable and able to think on their feet DUTIES: Preparing paperwork to type a lease requires research as well as gathering documentation, system entries, etc. Lease typing involves more than just typing a lease. Also have to type an abstract of the lease (for billing) and invoices (for accounting) – then organize the packages, scan them, send them out interact with the Agents, etc. Good on phone. |
