A large company needs a bright and reliable person to help with on going clerical tasks in the Accounting Department for an indefinite period of time but will likely be Temp-Hire. Heavy filing and assisting with other clerical functions. " A strong candidate; would like someone who does more than just filing. They would need to be able to make both internal and external telephone calls, have light computer experience and act as an “all around” clerical person." Must have at least a 2-year degree.

Qualified Court Agent for Legal Department. Successful candidate will assist attorneys in Landlord / Tenant Housing Court. Handle case preparation, the organization of witnesses, and organization of documentation, attend ECB hearings as well as conference with tenants in reference to arrears in question. Assist in filing and legal research. Looking for a 1st or 2nd year evening law school student with reliable transportation. Candidate must be in pursuit of a Law Degree. Must have strong computer, organization and interpersonal skills.

Seeking someone for helping out answering phones, taking messages, filing legal documents, following up with clients, scheduling appointments, and typing of letters & memos on Microsoft Word preferred.
