Our client, a prominent processing service company, is currently seeking talented individuals with prior experience working in a fast pace call center environment that enjoy responding to a broad range of customer service inquiries. As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will provide assistance by addressing the needs of their merchants and ISOs.
As a CSR you will promote an understanding of monthly statements, resolve billing problems, track missing deposits, order supplies, refund overcharges, and ensure that all account information on file is recorded accurately.
Candidates must be available to work a night shift from 12PM-9PM, and have prior work experience within a call center environment or something very similar and service-oriented. Bilingual Spanish skills required-must be able to apply Spanish speaking capability in a professional and polite service-minded manner.
If you have achieved a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and have strong organization and computer skills we encourage you to apply. Must be familiar with exhibiting a service-minded customer first attitude at all times on the job.
At the moment this is regarded as a temporary to permanent assignment. Compensation is $11.00 hourly as Compensation Package upon converting over to permanent employment includes health benefits and 401(k) investment opportunities. Salary would be within the range of $30K annually.
