This job requires someone detailed and professional with 3-5 years of purchasing experience. It would be ideal to have someone from Food, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing, with Inventory management/ Control experience. Packaging materials is a plus. Will use "Just-In-Time" Management System which will be shown. Must have a working knowledge of Excel, and a degree is a plus.
Position is Temp but may go Perm. Some reception experience necessary. Must be able to assess a call and know who to transfer the call to without bouncing the customer around. Someone who will build a rapport with clients and who is extremely reliable! The first person in office to answer phones; must always be on time and arrive early to ensure answering at 9AM. This position requires someone very diligent and bright. A candidate should be friendly and make a great first impression. Polite and upbeat personality with a smile that can be felt over the phone. Will be meeting and greeting clients as well as stuffing envelopes for the billing department. They will be responsible for sending out emails, signing for FedEx and UPS as well as filing and completing paperwork. Will be expected to assist with Data Entry/Billing as needed and do light typing. Must be able to multi-task.
A candidate for this position must be able to multi-task as they will be working with a high volume of calls. They must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, with knowledge of Excel as a plus. This position will handle clerical work as well as data entry in their down-time.
Appropriate candidates for this position must be bilingual and be able to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish fluently, as well as be able to translate. They must have a polished appearance and a well-spoken voice. This is a receptionist position that will require the answering and directing of three lines with five extensions with light PC work on Microsoft Word to update their database. This is a permanent position and there is room for promotion.
