A polished and professional receptionist is needed to back up the Front Desk of a large residential apartment complex. Must be a multi-tasker with a high energy level and ready to work. They need to handle busy phones as well as data entry into MS Excel spreadsheets. Must have a client-first mentality, as they will be dealing with tenants. 3-4 busy incoming phone lines & 4 extensions. No joking around and no constant texting! Someone who will be flexible to help with filing and other clerical tasks as required.

Meet/greet/screen calls. This is a shared position. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess 2-4 years Receptionist experience. Must be able to handle multiple lines. Mature minded & flexible. Must be positive and able to handle the company’s hectic pace. Must be well spoken reliable, easy to get–along with. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be highly organized, have an absolute focus on detail, and be able to multi-task and prioritize.

Long term temp to cover for maternity leave. Person leaving will train temp for about 2 weeks. Expected to be out until the end of September. Will be working at a rental office Site. Good writing skills, computer skills. Reception and administrative duties. Must be extremely polished, professional and articulate since will interact with potential tenants

Loading & unloading trucks, wrapping palates, and packing. Prior forklift experience and having a car are a plus.
