Job Description:

  • Anywhere
  • 15.50-$17 USD / Year
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and faxes.
  • Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents
  • Collect information and perform data entry
  • Maintain the office filing system and retrieve material from files as requested
  • Perform general office duties, including faxing, copying, scanning and filing

Will work in the Credit Dept. and report to Senior Credit Manager. Any exp. in Credit area is a plus. Must have good DE/Office/communication skills. Right now uses AS 400, will train, in Jan. will be converting to Net Suite (will train). Basic Excel exp. pref.
