Job Description:

The candidate for this position will be primarily responsible for carrying out the operations of the front-desk of the company. He/she will be responsible for answering phones, meet and greet of clients, processing work orders, data-entry of work orders, handling rent receipts, and closing out work orders on “RealPage”.

+Experience answering phones is a MUST
+Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively is a MUST
+Experience using “RealPage” is a PLUS, but company will train as needed

This is a full-time (9-5, Mon-Fri), temporary position that starts ASAP. It should last for ~3-4 weeks, but could be longer.
