Partnering with our clients, we constantly evaluate our employees’ performance at each assignment. Based on superior references that indicate outstanding attendance, attitude and service, over and above the mere skills required, we give special recognition to one “star” each month. This honor is publicized in our newsletter to clients, and the “star” receives a certificate and reward.: You are entitled to 35 hours at regular pay.
How to qualify: Work 1,750 hours in 52 consecutive weeks.
You are entitled to 7 hours of regular pay.
How to qualify: Work 1400 hours in 52 consecutive weeks.
You are required to work a minimum of 28 hours within the previous 5 workdays to the holiday.
To be eligible for the above benefits you must have been placed on your assignment, by the direct recruiting means of an Allied Personnel Consultant. (Therefore, “Payrolled” individuals are NOT eligible). You must keep track of your own hours when claiming benefits. If we are missing any original timesheets, you will not be eligible to apply for our benefits. With regard to Vacation Pay, you are not required to take the time off all at once, or at the time you receive the vacation pay. All time off requests must be pre-approved in writing by our Operations Supervisor. They must be submitted at least fourteen days prior to the day you are requesting. This allows proper time to supply clients with alternative staffing.
